❤ CLEAR NON-STICK. Clear Non-Stick Stamping Sealer Water-based polish has milky liquid appearance when wet but will dry to transparent clear and allow underneath images/colors base show through and will air-dry dry quicky to non-stick touch.
❤ APPLICATION. Apply a thin layer of the clear water-based polish stamping sealer over the stamping image and let completely air dry before top off with any regular air-dry top coat to prevent smearing/smudging of the stamping image when apply regular air-dry top coat. Also will help glue in loose glitter or pigment as dry coloring over sticky image when apply regular air-dry top coat.
